Due to the differences in client requirements, costs for small to larger sites can vary. The best approach is to sit down with the designer for an initial consultation, so we can approximate the size of the project. Small sites have been averaging about ten hours.

Multi-page sites that include animations, multiple images, unique designs require additional development time and planning to implement.

Project principles are based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI©) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK©).

Included Phases:

• Initiation - Project start, gathering project team, determine project sponsor, determine                      objective, produce ROI deliverable for go ahead

• Planning - Create a work breakdown structure of tasks, and estimates to complete the tasks.

• Execution -The actual execution of all tasks involved to complete the project. Project                      deliverables during the project will be signed off and paid for prior to going                      forward to next phase.

• Control  -   Any additions to a project's scope, for example additional services, will be                      introduced as a change request to the original project with accompanying costs

• Closure -   Completion of the project with remaining sign-off's and review of project best                      practices
