Projects are run using Microsoft Project, and principles based on the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Included Phases:

• Initiation
  • Project start, gathering project team, determine project sponsor, determine objective, produce ROI deliverable for go ahead
• Planning
  • Create a work breakdown structure of tasks, and estimates to complete the tasks.
• Execution
  • The actual execution of all tasks involved to complete the project. Project deliverables during the project will be signed off and paid for prior to going forward to next phase.
• Control
  • Any additions to a project's scope, for example additional services, will be introduced as a change request to the original project with accompanying costs
• Closure
  • Completion of the project with remaining sign-off's and review of project best practices
